Privacy Policy

KnockNote collects the information needed to provide visitor messaging, account access, payment, delivery and support services. This can include account email, delivery address, Touch Point settings, visitor messages and optional visitor contact details.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by KnockNote. Visitor information is shared with the recipient of the relevant Touch Point and is not displayed publicly.

We use service providers necessary to operate KnockNote, including hosting, database, authentication, email and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
