Terms of Service

KnockNote provides a web-based visitor communication service accessed through a physical NFC Touch Point. It does not guarantee that every visitor will use the service, that a recipient will respond, or that a courier will leave a parcel.

The annual plan is paid in advance for 12 months. The month-to-month plan renews monthly until cancelled. Current pricing, shipping charges and inclusions are shown before checkout.

You may cancel month-to-month renewal at any time before the next billing date. Cancelling does not retrospectively refund service already supplied. Annual plans remain active for the prepaid term unless a refund is required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied Touch Points should be reported to hello@knocknote.au. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for providing lawful and appropriate delivery instructions and for installing the Touch Point on a suitable surface. Courier policies, signature requirements and driver judgement continue to apply.

KnockNote may suspend service for misuse, unlawful content, security threats or non-payment. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia.
